The hotel's location is great for those who want to explore the area as it's close to main attractions, between the various interesting sites of Zagoria, and only a short distance from Vikos national park. the rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable, while the bathrooms are equipped with good quality amenities. Staff service is exceptional, and the rich traditional breakfast is a highlight of each day. the hotel provides free parking space.

Communication was an issue as some of the older owners didn't speak English.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and they even accommodated our dietary restrictions with a vegan breakfast. Spent my Christmas break in the mountains and it was a fantastic experience. The breakfast was truly amazing with fresh ingredients and delicious pastry, and they even provided vegan options. The spacious living room was a great place to relax and mingle with other guests.

The beds were not very comfortable which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's rest. , there were quite a lot of visitors coming in and out, which made it feel less private and more like a public space at times.
